Entry of Event attendees

Post by Bilko »

I've recently had the time to scan a few photos (10,000+) of my family and found quite a few of Weddings, parties and Christenings where there are (in some cases) 30+ family in a photo. In a series of photos, I've got a list of 50+ names for a couple of Weddings. Sadly, some of these images are the last occasion I can be certain that some individuals were still alive, but knowing the date limits the search for their BMD Death entry.

I would like to be able to add the list of names of the people in some of these photos as though it were a Census of those attending the event - using a program like Gedcom Census {with the possibility of adding media too}. Can anyone advise me if there is such a program available ?

Regards to all

This reminds me, didn't Nick Walker say he was working on a tool to enter information from BMD certificates ?
