Census text into individual's notes page

Hello group.
I have used FH for my one name study for the past 8 years (nearly 7000 individuals now). Up until now, I have recorded census appearances by an individual by typing out the details for a household into the notes page of one individual, and then cut and pasting this text into the notes pages of all the other individuals in the household.
Of course, if I need to make an adjustment to the text, then I have to change all the notes pages individually.
The bonus is using this method, I can see at a glance which censuses I have found an individual in (I use flags too) and who they were living with at the time.
My question - is there a way of getting the text from the text box in AS to appear automatically on the notes pages of each individual who appeared in that household?
I apologise if this has already been covered in previous posts, but I couldn't see it. I have had a play with AS to see if I could get it to do this, but haven't found a way so far. I'm using FH 4.1.3 and AS 2
Thanks
