I currently have the 32 bit version of AS V.2.0.0. Am I right in assuming that putting the 64 bit version on my new laptop will not affect anything already entered in FH using the 32 bit version? I know this probably sounds pathetic, but over the years I have learned never to take anything for granted.
P.S. Thanks to the instructions in 'How To', transferring FH to the new machine worked like a dream. Thank you.

You are correct.
AS 32-bit and AS 64-bit are functionally identical and interchangeable.

George, I am glad the 'How To' for transferring FH to the new machine worked like a dream.
I would be interested in which particular techniques you used from Move Family Historian Settings.
See http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id ... e_settings
Did you use Windows Easy Transfer, and if so did it transfer everything you needed?
