A brand new FH Project has no Media folder, so AS does not offer to copy to it, and results in inserting absolute image file links.
Perhaps AS could detect this scenario and create the Media folder on behalf of FH?

Simon has promised to fix this in FH V5.
However, users sticking with FH V4 will still suffer the problem.
Because it is a fault, I think it gives AS authority to fix it, perhaps after confirming with user.

Its clearly not a big problem as its only been reported once, the chances of the first multimedia item added to a project being from A.S. are low, but I'll check with Simon that he's OK with me doing this before I do anything else.
Cheers

I am the person who reported it(!) - I knew something was wrong only because AS didn't function as it usually did and I was not offered the usual option the save to the media file.
If indeed FH does sort things out then all will be well for version 5 users.
For other users perhaps AS could simply(?)alert users when a media file was not detected.

Calico Pie have given me permission to create the Media folder if it doesn't exist. This will be implemented in the next version of Ancestral Sources.
