I have just started using AS for marriages and everything was fine up until I clicked onto the tab Further info. I looked at the tutorials for entering witnesses but when I try and click in the associated individuals space it won't let me type anything in the box. Hoping someone can help me with this. Thanks Jane[confused]

The solution partly depends on the type of Witnesses you want.
(1) Witness added as Individual in file.
The Individual in file option must be chosen (almost in middle of screen).
It is just like any other Individual you have chosen for Groom, Bride, Parents, etc.
You select the Witness from the list of Individuals in the top right-hand pane.
If the Individual does not yet exist in your file, then use Edit > New unrelated individual to create them.
(2) Witness added as Just a name - not in file.
The Just a name - not in file option must be chosen (almost in middle of screen).
Then you can type their name into the Name: box.

FINALLY, you must click the Save button.
