Census date and flag check

From the main screen of AS3.0 the Census>Census Flag Check and Census>Census Date check menu options both produce the same window. Is this correct?

Please refer to the AS Help > Ancestral Sources Reference > Census Sources > Census Date/Flag Check pages.
You will see that the first thing AS has to do in both cases is determine the correct Country for each Census Event Place.
Therefore, the first window will probably be Unknown Countries, but prefixed in the header by either Census Date Check or Census Flag Check.
The Help pages explain how to proceed.
BTW: AS has recently been updated to V3.1.
