Teresa, as I said earlier, you could add both ł and Ł to both l and L.
Then whether you repeat l or L you can choose either ł or Ł without needing to worry about the Shft key or Shift Lock state.

Thanks, I have gone in and done this now. In my distracted state, that hadn't sunk in... Also have added the pound sterling symbol to the dollar key, so I can select it as well. Very helpful. Thanks again

The next version of AS will support holding down a key to select alternatives (very similar to the way FH does it). This was quite a difficult feature to implement. I tackled it because I liked the challenge of working out how to do it, but it was surprisingly tricky to do!
