When I enter a birth and reach the end, the pop-up appears for confirmation purposes but shows very little of the tabs at the bottom, just the top lines. Can this be fixed?

Looks like a font setting issue of font size in app. Or could also be due to Windows global setting of font size to something more than 100%.

Your Font doesn’t seem to be the default AS setting. I don’t know if it makes much difference.
This recent thread addressed the same issue. Does it help?

You asked this identical question earlier in February and I asked you to see if the latest test version fixed it and you didn't reply. So I ask again, are you still having this same problem with the latest test version of AS? You can download it here.

So sorry Nick, I forgot to update your new AS when I reset my pc and I see you've added the things I wanted too. Thank you very much.
