Non-English records

Post by bjz » 02 Feb 2023 17:11

Has anyone created templates for Ancestral Sources for either Norwegian or German records? I'm creating a lot of autotext right now for the birth, marriage, etc. forms that I am seeing, but the AS fields and format don't map well. I'd love to talk to anyone who has gotten AS to "fit" non-English, non US-census records.

I haven't tried yet with my Polish ones, but I know I am working on a FH Source template that allows me to cite non-UK sources, which I'll import into AS. Can't predict when I'll finish it as my Polish line is far more complicated than my English one. There's no reason it shouldn't work in AS, though.
