Family Historian User Group

Since downloading the latest version, the panels showing the selected person’s relatives is blocked out meaning each person has to be individually selected and added. Also only the first name is displayed. What have I done to cause this?

Sorry this query relates to AS. I can’t give a screenshot at the moment but the display area in question is on the right side below the person selected. It used to display spouse and below children. Apologies I didn’t make it clear.

Which version of Windows are you running? I've had reports of similar issues with unsupported operating systems, particularly Windows 7 if you're running it in anything other than 100% scaling.

Sorry I was busy last night so didn't reply. A screen shot would be useful at this stage - if you're struggling to post one on here you can email me via nick AT ancestralsources DOT com (filling in the AT and DOT with the usual symbols).

Please check what you have as the font and size in Tools->Customise. I think Tahoma 8 is is the usual default so if it isn't that please change it and see if that makes a difference (restart AS after the change).

I have been abroad and been using a laptop which I don't bring home with me. I have downloaded the latest version of AS on my PC now I am home and it is working normally. I will try to get a screenprint when I next go out,
