Please see the first post in this thread for a link to new v7.4.4. I'm hoping this will resolve the issue you've reported David. Please can you confirm when you get a chance?

Yes, it appears to be an annoying issue with Visual Studio if I compile on my laptop rather than desktop PC, because it is on 125% scaling. If I compile exactly the same code on the desktop PC the scroll bars appear. So I'm aware of that now and will try to remember to check this in future before I release a new version.

You can still scroll in the current version, you just need to click on the link to open it up in the source text viewer. This will be fixed in the next update.
