Just a sujestion.
I am one of those people who combine the Address and Place in the Place field and leave the address blank.

Instead of putting the persons own address in the Address and Place fields why not place the employers own name and address which is given column's l and m of the 1921 census form. Into the Place field of the Occupation Fact

eg. Place - Mesers Sommersons Co. Ltd., Iron Founders, Albert Hill, Darlington, County Durham, England

Is it possible to set this up to do it automatically?

Ron, no that is not currently possible using AS, although you can add that Place afterwards in FH.
I think the 1921 Census is the first where Occupation Place/Address has been available so it has never been considered before.

You can optionally save the contents of the Employment and Place of Work columns to a local note in the individual's Occupation fact or the census fact.

I'm not in a position to check right now whether the 1921 census template I uploaded does that by default, but if not it can be altered to your preference using the template editor within AS.

The process is identical to the instructions in the post linked below, except that you are modifying the "Recording" drop-down in the Employment and Place of Work columns, rather than the Education column as described in the post. If you wish the resulting note to be enclosed in privacy brackets, also tick the "Make local notes private" option in the AS Census Settings under the Tools/Options menu.
