Has anyone written a template for AS for 1921 Census England and Wales yet

Just a quick question, has anyone written a template for the 1921 England and Wales Census that is being released on Thursday yet?

I know a previous question asked whether there was one, and got the answer that it should be easy enough to do, but rather than go ahead and do this having not written a template before, has someone already done this, and would they be willing to share it?

Just don't want to be re-inventing any wheels!

Happy New Year

Andrew

I have, although it is my first attempt at creating a template. I have tested it on the sample project and it appears to be working as intended, but you may wish to test it yourself as well. Any improvements or suggestions are also welcome.

[Template deleted as it is superseded]

Having had the chance to use my template with a few completed 1921 census forms this morning, I have made a few tweeks which I will explain along with a new version of the template in a post in the "1921 UK Census AS Source Template" thread shortly. Link to that thread below:

https://www.fhug.org.uk/forum/viewtopic ... 34&t=20047

To keep everything in one place for Nick's benefit and mine it would be helpful if any comments or observations could be made on that thread, rather than here.

I don't know if one of the moderators can lock this topic, or at least remove the original template from my post above please. I am unable to edit the post myself, presumably due to the time elapsed since it was originally posted.
