Will AS 7.1.3 work with Windows 7 ?

I have tried searching this subject on the forum but can't find anything recent. I remember seeing a comment about Windows 7 and AS a few weeks ago but can't find where. Any comments please, as I have no intention of upgrading(?) to Windows 10 which I am suffering with on my laptop.

AS Help file AS7 has only been tested with Windows 10. Nick will probably say more.

Windows 10 is much better than Windows 7. But that's irrelevant - Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft so not upgrading is a risk. AS should work OK on Windows 7 for now.

Thanks for the reply Nick. I'll probably stick with FH6 for the time being then.
Windows 10 is much better than Windows 7
We are all entitled to our opinion. Windows 10 on my laptop has been a nightmare and has caused me to use Linux on the laptop for everything except FH. (The laptop came loaded with Windows 10 and was supposedly designed for it). I am so pleased with Linux that I am seriously considering that my next desktop PC will be Linux only.
