Updated Census Templates

BillH has updated several of his AS Census Templates for Norway and some USA States.

There is a new template for Arizona 1882 at fhugdownloads:contents:template_census_arizona_1882|> Ancestral Sources Template ~ Census USA Arizona 1882.
This will appear in the AS Template list the next time the [kb]|[/kb] has its indexes refreshed.
