Hi,
I suppose it's obvious but I cannot understand the meaning of the letters in the Status drop down box which is immediately to the right of the Name of person.
O, V, S, P and I
Thanks,
Ken

A way of determining such abbreviations is to look at the Census Template definition.
Use Census > Census Templates then enter the Country and Year, i.e. UK and 1939 in this case.
Select any Census Column on the left and the details are shown on the right.
