AS source title for an unmarried woman

I was entering the death of my grandmother who was not married to the father of my father. In FH I have their status set as "not married" however when I created the death entry in AS it used the unmarried father's surname as her surname which of course, it isn't.
Is this usual, or am I doing something wrong? I am using version 6.2 Family Historian and 5.2 Ancestral Sources.
Many thanks

No you are not doing anything wrong, and I suspect you are referring to the Title at the top and Auto Text at the bottom.
In these circumstances AS makes an educated guess as to her surname at Death.
Whether actually married or not it would be quite common for the surname to be that of her partner.
However, it is usual that you should carefully review and edit the Title and Auto Text to mimic the actual Certificate.
This advice applies to all Titles and Auto Text created by AS not just for Death Certificates and is mentioned in the AS Help:
"Alternatively a title can be entered manually by the user."
"You may need to edit the source text to ensure an accurate transcription is made."

AS doesn't take into account the marriage status when it makes its (educated) guess at the surname of the person at the time. It probably should though so this may be a refinement in a future version.
Best wishes
