* AS Marriage auto text

I am using AS to add a marriage and the <auto text> is not including the "county" in "1922, Marriage solemnized at High St, Maldon, Essex in the Parish of All Saints in the County of ".

Yes, that is because AS (just like FH) has no idea what part of the Place field may hold the County (if it is included at all).
The Help says:

Standard Auto-text Templates
... Due to the many differences in the way data was recorded it is almost certain that the transcription that is automatically produced will need to be manually edited in the Source Text box before the entry is saved.
Limitations of Transcriptions
... Remember, to check the source text produced by auto-text before saving the entry. It is almost certain that you will need to manually edit the source text before saving it to ensure that the transcript is accurate.
Marriage Auto-text Templates
... This means that it is highly likely that you will need to edit the resulting automatic transcription before saving the entry.

There is no {COUNTY} Keyword so that cannot be automatically included, and that is reinforced by the ancestralsources:tutorial:marriage:edit_auto_text_and_note|> Ancestral Sources Tutorial ~ Enter Marriage ~ (5) Edit Auto Text and Note.

You should always double-check that the Auto Text is an accurate transcript of the Source Document because what AS provides is just an educated guess. For example in Census data the Occupations will often be taken form your normalised entries whereas the Census Document may use an abbreviation, e.g. Agricultural Labourer v. Ag.Lab.

However, as long as you use Method 1 (or Method 2 with Source text: In shared note) then that transcript text will only exist in one field within the FH Project data, and thus can be easily corrected later.
