Hi
I have only just realised I could use AS with FH3 so am starting to use it. When I have been adding my sources, I have transcribed the full census into the source record. I then input the transcribed data into each fact source. For example, If the name on the census says Margt then although the name on FH says Margaret, under "Text from Source" I type Margt so that if I look at the person's name I can quickly check what the different variations are without having to open the main source. Is there anyway to populate this field from AS or do I need to manually add this afterwards?
TIA

Re: Individual citations
There does not appear to be any way to do that with AS.
The problem is that AS does NOT analyse the transcript that you edit into the Auto-Text pane.
AS creates the Auto-Text transcript from the Grid using the FH Individual Names, but if you edit say Margaret to Margt then AS does not understand the significance of that change, and so cannot process it.
So you will have to add those Text From Source details by hand.
