Census - adding new individuals

When entering census data via AS it's quite common to find individuals who are not currently in FH. Selecting Add Child, Add Sibling etc in AS brings up a window to enable them to be added. There is a check box which then also causes them to be added to the AS entry, by default this is unchecked.
I can't think of many instances where you wouldn't want to add them to the entry, since this is where you have just found them. Would it be possible to have an AS option to choose to have this box checked by default?
