AS to FH

My Ancestral Sources program seems to have stopped communicating with FH and vise versa.
I have the project file open in AS.
What am I doing wrong? :?

You need to double check that both AS and FH are using the SAME Project GEDCOM file in the SAME Project folder.

In FH use File > File Statistics to show the full file path of the GEDCOM file.

In AS use File > Open FH Project and Browse to exactly the same path and GEDCOM file.

Even easier is to use the Ancestral Sources Data Entry Plugin which guarantees the same Project file is used every time.

It seems you had a similar problem last Dec: Save Entry Not Working (10949) and the same solutions should apply.

Thanks Mike I have successfully resolved the problem.
It appears AS was using the project from Dropbox!!

Also when I checked I already have the plug-in you suggested.

My last problem occurred because I was trying to use a gedcom file
instead of a project file.
