I got the email that said I would get a free download by email but I am still waiting. Do you know when they are going to send it out?

If you contact support@family-historian.co.uk they can check, please remember to use the email your purchased with so they can find it.

As far as I am aware the licenses for the free V5 upgrades went out last Thursday or Friday, so also check your spam folder as I think the message got 'eaten' by a few ISPs spam filters.
