Is it possible to make one page of a book landscape eg to fit in a chart more easily?

I don't think so.

Are you intending to get the book printed? If so, then the answer is to rotate the chart by 90 degrees.

It's actually a tree I'm having problems with and I don't think it can be rotated - unless someone knows better?
I can only fit it in over two pages, but it would fit on one page landscape.

If you save the diagram as an image file (for example .jpg or .png) then it is easy to rotate it in something like Irfanview or Picasa. The image can then be inserted into the page you select.

Which of the Available Items in the  Edit Book window do you use to insert an external image file?

It's a fudge, but you can do it, by adding the image to a Blank Chart, and then save that and add it to the book.

Thanks, Jane - hopefully that gives Sharon a workable solution.

Thank You everyone.
I have now managed to do as wanted with the advice, but the method is a bit cumbersome.

I upgraded to V5 this morning, and I have to say that I am delighted with it, but being unable to insert landscape charts into a book is a major problem. Even when I save a diagram as a JPG, rotate it and then add it to a blank FH Diagram and save it as a chart, it's still too small to read. Fingers crossed that this is something which will be addressed soon. Apart from that, I'm very excited about it [grin]
