Drop-down list alignment

A few months ago I read somehwhere on the FH websites/Forums/? that you could change the alignment of the drop down sub menus from the 'File Edit View Add ... ' toolbar to be left or right aligned. Can anyone remember where this was and point me to those instructions, as I am having a very senior moment!
Many thanks

I do not recall any topic on that subject, and I am certain it is NOT possible to adjust the menubar sub-menu alignment.

If it is not possible, how did I get them like this? As I select a submenu it cascades to the left, and not the 'normal' right. I now want to get them back as they were originally after following the 'tip' or note that I read and tried. I know it was to do with Family Historian, as that is the only app that has changed.
Many Thanks

Paul,
Just move your Family Historian window closer to the left side of your screen so there is insufficient room for the sub-menu and it it will then appear on the right (standard windows behaviour).

I have found a probable solution by using Google searches, but the setting is in the Registry and affects most programs, not just FH.
I don't think the tip you saw was on this FHUG Forum.
The solution is at
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... 391a3d2bea
But this is what it says:
Use
Start > Run and enter
shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E} in the
Open box and click
OK.
This opens the
Tablet PC Settings window.
Select the
Other tab and change the
Handedness from
Right-handed to
Left-handed and click
Apply or
OK.
I hope this fixes it for you.

Thank you very much Mr Tate.
That was just the answer needed. As I said, I was having a 'senior moment'. At the time it all changed I was playing with a Bamboo tablet for mofifying photos for import into FH, and only noticed the changes in FH. Your keyword of 'Tablet PC' rang all the bells. Well done and thanks again.
