Do you mean Configure Columns for the Individual Records List?
If so, Marriage Date is available from the left-hand pane of Items.
Simply select it and click > button in middle.

OK, so the Data Reference Expression is now correct and should be INDI.FAMS[1]>MARR.DATE:ABBREV2.
Remember this only shows the Date of the first Marriage of the Individual, and only if you have entered any Marriage Dates.
Try changing the qualifier from :ABBREV2 to :COMPACT.
If this displays your Dates then they are all Date Phrases which are not really Dates at all but Text.
Try using View > Standard Queries > All Facts and click on the Fact column to sort them.
Scroll down to the Marriage Facts and check the Fact date column.
You can double-click on this Date value to view the Marriage Event in context.

From your message on the FHU Mailing List it sounds like you have created a Custom Family Event called Married.
When choosing the Configure Columns option you are selecting Married Date, which is associated with your Custom Married Event, and uses Data Reference INDI.FAMS[1]>EVEN-MARRIED.DATE:ABBREV2.
Instead, you should be selecting Marriage Date, which is associated with the Standard Marriage Event, and uses Data Reference INDI.FAMS[1]>MARR.DATE:ABBREV2.
Then, assuming you have used Standard Marriage Events to record Marriages, the Individual Record Window Marriage Date column will show their Dates.
You have never mentioned creating a Custom Married Family Event.
Is it an oversight, an experiment, or are you trying to achieve something special?
Perhaps you want the Event description to say Married instead of Marriage.
In which case use Tools > Work with Fact Sets, select the Standard Marriage Event, click the Properties button, and change its Label from Marriage to Married.
BTW: Remember to delete the Custom Married Event.
