Query Window

Post by gerrynuk » 23 Apr 2013 17:10

According to the Help file Query Windows are not re-used but doesn't say that only one is permitted.

So, if a Query Window is opened by a plugin (I was using the 'Check for Unlinked Media' plugin) not only can the window not be locked (as expected) but the menu option to open a Query Window just brings the 'plugin' query window to the top without opening a new window.

Equally, if I open a new Query window and run a standard or custom query then I cannot open a second window.

There is a Wish List item for Version 3 to allow multiple Query Windows but I thought that this facility had been added in later versions.
