I have recently started working through various parts of the knowledge database and have worked through creating a location database. Which is all complete until I get to actually making the location database report in the final report and website section.

My current query though is when I go to work with place names and produce the where used query one of my most popular villages produces over 1,000 records. Is there any way I can automatically tell it to add the new location source to all these records, if not it will take a long long time to go through all of them manually!

I cannot immediately think of an automatic way of adding all those Source Citations, other than writing a Plugin.
However, once you have added one Source Citation, you can use Copy & Paste to very rapidly add the same Source Citation to each Fact in turn.
Just open the first Fact via the Query, add the Source Citation, and click the Copy Citation button.
Then repeatedly open each other Fact via the Query, and click the Paste Citation button, i.e. literally two clicks per Fact.
