I seem to remember that there is a way to see what date a record was added to FH V5.
Am I correct or did I dream it? If so can someone kindly tell me how I actually do this please?

Perhaps you are thinking of the Updated Date that identifies when a Record was last changed.
Initially, this will be when it was added/created, but is updated when it is next edited.
