Customing appearance of source pane

Is it possible to customise the appearance of the source pane below the individual record pane? I would like to hide the fields 'entry date', 'where within source' and 'text from source' - or have the option to hide them. I generally write any such details in the notes field.
The aim is for the scrollable field showing the sources to be always big enough to display at least 2 sources, even when the record pane above has 'more' clicked.
These fields would still be available by selecting 'Go to source record'.
Having created a tab for 'name' and for 'census' in the individual record pane, as per the forum a few weeks ago, I have been bitten by the customisation bug but cannot find the requisite area.
Thanks in anticipation.

Firstly, there is no customisation available for the yellow Sources pane, other than to position it to the Right or Bottom of the Property Box.
See Tools > Preferences > Property Box tab Position of Source Pane when....
Try it positioned on the Right to see if that helps.
You say the fields Entry Date, Where within Source, and Text From Source, if hidden, would still be available by selecting Go To Source Record.
This is not the case, because those fields are Citation fields NOT Source Record fields.
Entry Date and Where within Source do not exist in Source Records, and the synonymous Text From Source and Note fields are physically different fields that just happen to have the same label.

OK, thanks.
Positioning it on the right does not leave enough space on the screen for the diagram, which is the view I usually use.

Here are some suggestions that may give you a bit more room.
Use Tools > Preferences > Property Box tab.
Under Property Box Options for Subwindows set Focus Window: options to Floating and Open it.
Set Position of Source Pane when Property Box is undocked to Right.
Now position the Focus Window so it nearly fills the right-hand half of the screen.
Position the Property Box in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, but overlapping the Focus Window somewhat.
Reduce the size of the Property Box as much as possible, but with all desired fields still visible, and make the yellow Sources pane quite narrow.
If necessary, to reveal more of the Focus Window you can quickly hide/show the yellow Sources pane with the yellow Show Sources icon at the top.
Try juggling the sizes of these components to best effect.
Whenever FH is re-opened it should remember those positional settings, but initially you may need to use View > Properties to open the Property Box.
