I've just made additions and changes for the first time and I asked computer program to save. I now have to decide whether to back up. What do I do please?

I normally create a small backup each time.

If you take a look at
http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id ... s[]=backup

It explains your options. As a lot depends on you other backup systems which you have for all your other information.

See the FH built in Help > Book: 'Getting the Most From Family Historian 5' and in Chapter 19 - More Wizards and Tools checkout Backup and Restore on page 215.

There are a great number of features in FH, so spend some time working through the available documentation and tutorials as summarised in the Knowledge Base of Family Historian Documentation.
