I would like to be able to change the font size in diagram boxes. I would like the name to be (say)16 point with the remaining facts (say) 14 point. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?
Thank you
Ron

In the Diagram open the Diagram Options and select the Text tab.
For your Selected Text Scheme click the Edit button.
In the Edit Text Scheme window against Initial Font click item.
If not, then insert a from Available Items left-hand pane.

Select this item and click Edit to change Font Size.

Thank you very much Mike. Your reply answered my question but when I apply it The whole box reverts to point 14. What I would like is for the name to be in point 14 and the events such as born, adoption & marriage to be in point 10. is this possible or haven't I understood your reply?

Also when I have adjusted, saved and given the chart a name when I try to recover, from saved charts, my text boxes are not included.
One last point, when I print the male (name) entries all appear to be a reddish colour rather than black. I did think that this could be a printer problem but then I thought why the male and not the female.
Thank you again for your time
Ron

The font colour for the title is controlled by the box settings. So you need to look at the Box tab.

Mike explained there is the default font and then the font control line. If you scheme has a font control line set that to the size you want.

If you have not worked through Chapters 9 to 11 of the book, I recommend doing so as you will get a better understanding of how different elements of the diagrams are controlled.
