I want to organize my media file into various family lines using folders. And after reading the included digital book it appeared that I could do that. However, after I created the folders and moved the photo's into them FH doesn't find the pictures when I go to the individual. Any thoughts?

Presumably you moved them around in the Family Historian Media folder, but did not tell FH where you put them.
