I have version 7.0.21.
Is there an audit log? Specifically, I am trying to establish the date that I added an individual record.
I suspect not, but I just need to ask before I forget about it.

There is no log of exactly what was added when. The Updated column in the Records window shows when you last added or amended any data in the record, but that may be some time after the record was originally created.
If you sort the records by clicking on the Record ID column you will be able to see the order in which records were created (the higher the ID the more recently it was created) which might give you a clue.
