New Projects

Post by PhilipR » 25 May 2023 06:26

Good afternoon

I am currently running FH7 V7.0.20 with my media and data located at C:\Users\fagan\OneDrive\PERSONAL INFORMATION\Documents\Family Historian Projects\Reiflan Tree\Reiflan Tree.fh_data\Media.

My question is - when I establish a new project does the program automatically establish a new a new data and media file for that project?

Thank you
PhilipR

The short answer to your question is YES.

To be clear about what you are asking, please explain how you intend to create the new Project and its purpose.
e.g. Is it being imported from elsewhere, or is it a new empty Project created from scratch, or what?

It is a new tree being started from scratch. I have an adopted family.
