Chart Query. Why are apparently the same relationships shown differently in a Diagram?

A simulated chart is attached – names changed.
In one branch of my family, Grandmother Margaret ANDREWS, had “child 1”, by “Unidentified 1”, out of marriage. “Child 1” was adopted.
She was then happily married to Kenneth SMITH with whom she had two sons.
One of the sons marries Angela NOAKES, who had also had an out of marriage child by a previous relationship – “Unidentified 2” and “Child 2”. “Child 2” stays with her mother.
On generating an All Relatives plus Indirect Relatives Diagram (to show the two children) they are displayed differently. Unidentified 1/Child 1 are on the same line as the mother and her children (which I would expect and would prefer) whereas Unidentified 2/Child 2 are shown in a separate sub-tree below the main diagram.
How do I make the two apparently identical relationships show in the same way?
PS I’ve not been able to modify the diagram with the Move function!
