Can you please tell me how to set up a query report about people believed to be alive at 1921 so that I can research them?

See the FHUG KB Downloads for Individual Queries that has several that could easily be adapted for 1921.
Alive at 1841 Census
Alive at 1901 Census
Census – The Missing Years
Also the
Lookup Missing Census Facts plugin not only lists those people but provides the search commands for various web sites, which is only FindMyPast for 1921.

Attached is the query I use and it has a column headed with 1921 and has a value of Find or Yes if I have already found it. It is a zip file so will need to be extracted before it can be installed. You may find it useful.

Like any other query you can click on any column header to sort that column into order.
