I just installed Family Historian 7 on my new computer with windows 11. When I tried to login to activate the program I keep getting a message stating "A problem has occurred Login Failed". This program worked perfect on my older machine not sure what has happened. I was using the latest update also. Please help

Calico help me get it fixed. Turns out the problem was caused by my VPN running when trying to register the program.
