Where /how is the default project set?

It does not seem to based on the last project worked. If you close out relaunch the program it will open another project (apparently first one in the list) -- how can this be changed?

To set the default project, go to File > Project Window....
Select the project you want to have as the default.
Click on "More Tasks...".
Select "Set as Default Project".
