* Media display in diagrams

I've searched the knowledge base but I cannot find out how to display media on a diagram so that the photo showing all of a person is cropped and only the head and shoulders of that person are shown. Any help please.

You need to set the 'frame' link in FH. On the Media tab of the individual's Property box, select the image in question and then click the Edit button in the toolbar below the list of media items. Then in the Edit Media Item dialogue use the Link to Face option to draw the frame.

Alternatively, select the media item in the Media tab of the records window, then use View > View Media for Selected Record, to view the image in the main Media window. On the Links tab use the Add Frame Link option.
