Family Historian User Group

I ended up with two sets of parents for individual X. I deleted X from the wrong parents in their focus window spouse/children panel. I deleted the link to the erroneous family from X's record. However, a blank box remains as a parent for X in my family chart; see screenshot. How do I remove the box? As noted in the pop-up, there is no record associated with it.

I presume X is Josef Raymond.
It would have been really helpful to see the other end of the coloured ribbon that links him and his wife off to the left.

Check the Property Box of Maria Elizabet Lindquist who has 'two spouses' in the diagram (Pearson and blank).
On the Main tab, in the Spouse section, is there a tab labelled <no spouse> and is Josef Raymond linked as a child?
If so then make Maria the Focus person in the Focus Window and in the no spouse case right-click Josef and Unlink Record.

Thanks. See screenshot: there is no option to unlink Joseph in the focus window. Even delete is greyed out on a right click.

That is a Property Box not the Focus Window.
In your original posting, you mentioned the Focus Window Spouses & Children panel. It is that Focus Window tab you need.
Right-click the child similar to where I have highlighted in yellow.
