Findmypast hints - 500 Error message
Has anyone else found that trying to access a Findmypast hint brings up a 500 error message? It's been doing it for a couple of days now. I have a Fmp account and can access the site normally through that. The only change I've made is to move the citation list pane to the bottom of the property box. I moved it back to where it was but still the same...

See Internal FindMyPast Links Broken (21093) that suggests deleting the C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\FH-WebView2 folder sometimes fixes the problem, but it is probably due to large numbers accessing FMP due to the holidays.

I have seen this several times in the last few days using the external browser option. Clearing FindMyPast cookies in Firefox sorted the problem for me.

Thank you Mike, that seems to have done the trick.
The bit about changing the position of the citation pane was a bit tongue in cheek. But during my previous life fixing motor vehicles it was surprising how doing one thing could make something else throw a wobbly...

Phil, you are correct that recent changes in software can have undesired consequences and are worth mentioning.
I wish more users included such information when reporting problems.
