Do we start an "Accessibility Topic" to act as "click-bait" to catch accessibility issues.

I'd support this -- I've had on my to-do list for a long time an article for the KB about FH Accessibility and a new topic would feed nicely into that.

The need for this page arose from the following topic:
Plain Text Only setting (21280)
It is hope that users searching for Accessibility will find this topic and add their accessibility issues to it. We can then formulate:

• Support Ticket requirements - for issues that we agree are "bugs"
• Wish List Requests - for functionality that we think should be there but is not
• Documentation (for instance in the Knowledge Base) about handling specific Accessibility Issues.

As a starter, the need for the Keyboard Shortcut, Ctrl-Shft-V (Paste unformatted text) had been identified as an accessibility issue.
