Is there an easy way to make an All-relatives narrative book? There are ancestries and decedents narrative book options, but not for relatives. This would be a good update to the program if it is not available.

Are you talking about the Publish > Books & Booklets... command features?
Or are you using the word book as a synonym for report?
It is possible to create an Individual Narrative Report for each Individual that you consider as a Relative.
i.e. Publish > Narrative Reports > Individual Narrative for as many individuals as you like in one Report.
Those selected individuals could be everyone in your Project or any subset.
There are tips & tricks for choosing those subsets of individuals that we can explain.

yes, I am talking about the published books. I was hoping that I didn't have to add every person one at a time. I was hoping that it could be like doing a decedent's or ancestors' narrative book.

In doing so how would you navigate an "all relatives" family tree to ensure you covered everyone?

You don't have to add every person one at a time.
When you select a Report, whether from the Publish menu or Book Available Items, the Subject Type: is Single Individual but can be changed to Multiple Individuals which lets you Select... whatever Individual records you wish.
In the Select Records dialogue, there is the Named Lists tab, where any list of Individual records can be easily chosen.
If you create a Named List of all the relatives you require beforehand then it is easy to create one Report for them all in one go.
See the FHUG Knowledge Base
Create an export GEDCOM based on a diagram that explains how to create a Named List from Individuals selected from a Diagram such as All Relatives (skip the latter part regarding Export > GEDCOM File).
