Resizing Citation Pane not sticking

Post by Gowermick » 30 Nov 2022 10:35

I have arranged my window so that Citation edit pane is always visible below the property box, so it is not very tall.
So that I can see the field I want, I drag the separator, to make top half larger.

This results in my preferred size, with Author field fully visible

However, as I continue to work, at some point the screen reverts to original size, FH doesn't seem to retain my setting.

Is this a bug?

Yes, I can repeat that. I agree it is a bug.
i.e. The Citation Window stays the same size but the position of the separator moves back up to a midway position.
The same also happens with the separators on the other tabs: Text from Source, Notes & Media.

So, report the problem for all the tabs: Citation, Text from Source, Notes & Media.

Good job, there are a number of what I call detailing issues like this throughout FH, whilst they do not break the function they can become tiresome.
