FMP hints

I am having trouble with connecting to my FMP hints.
It comes up Status Code 400 error, bad request message invalid cookie header
My Heritage works ok.
What do I need to do please?
My version is 7.0.17.1

See {'statusCode':400,'error':'Bad Request','message':'Invalid cookie header' (19842).

I have deleted all the cookies but that makes no difference.

Which browser are you using? PC or Mac or internal browser?

When I use my Legacy Programme there is not a problem with FMP hints!
