I have implemented {note} in most of my fact types (approx 60), and the witness roles as well, so I have to change over 150
sentences manually.
This new feature/bug introduced an issue for me in the following way, which I just noticed this afternoon:
{individual} was registered for birth {date} {place}; {%CUR_PRIN.NAME:FIRST%}'s {note}. <br>
Where it now adds a full-stop after the prin.name:first resulting in "John's. <and then the note>"
I accept that {inline-note} will resolve it.
Does any know an easy way of automatically replacing {note} with {inline-note} specifically for all Fact-Type sentence and role templates?

If you are using FH7, the latest release, Find & replace will do them all in one fell swoop.
You can also change the template fact settings in the fhf files in C:\Program Data\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Fact Types. Use Notepad for the latter. There are two, perhaps three, fhf files which contain sentence templates.
For the existing sentences I did a find and replace, changing all instances of <. {note}> to <{note}>. I held my breath and did "replace all" rather than look at the 200 or 300 hundred individual instances. It all seems to have worked perfectly.
You can also, if you prefer, use find & replace to change all instance of {note} to {inline-note}
Backup everything first, just in case.
