How do I put my contact info on reports as the researcher responsible?

I thought it was "submitter" but I don't see an option to include that.

In the Page Layout tab of the report options, I replace 'Produced by Family Historian' in the footer with 'Produced by Me'. There's space in the footer to include contact info as well.
