Key reports on Main Toolbar

Post by Linda Reinfeld » 06 Jul 2022 19:49

This topic was originally started on the mail list and I tried to reply but the mail wouldn't go through.

The questioner asked about including key diagrams on the main tool bar, and the answer was given.

I have a few key reports that I use all the time, and would love to see them on the main toolbar Is there a way to do that? In Tools>Preferences>Display I see only 'Include Key Diagrams'

Thanks -

Linda Reinfeld

The only reason it exists for key Diagrams is that they were on the toolbar for earlier FH versions and CP chose to de-clutter the toolbar in FH V7.
There never was and still is no option to put key Reports on the toolbar as they were always in the Publish menu.

If you want to create "power keys" to jump to the right place and are using Windows 10 or 11, you could look at setting up some in Power Automate which is now free from Microsoft.

I have yet to dable in Power Automate, which has not been detailed much within FHUG, but there is also AutoHotKey (AHK) detailed here in the FHUGKB:
