1911 Ireland Census

I am trying to add information from the 1911 Ireland Census. I have added the census as a fact to an individual and then gone to Add Citation, Add New Source From Template. I've filled in the necessary details including
Region - Ireland
Year - 1911
Location of Household
Address of Household
Head of Household
However when I go to add Text From Source I am given some choices. There is no choice in the drop-down for Ireland, only UK, which gives a form with different fields from the actual Ireland Census of 1911. What I don't understand is that I have does this successfully before. I've also tried the Census (family) option but same result.
I've also tried creating a source directly from the source tab but the same thing happens.
