How can I show DNA matches in the Records window? I have a DNA in the Event of Fact types as well as a note saying DNA Match.

I'm not sure that this will display in the records window, but this topic might give you some ideas, mostly based on facts and queries.

I'm more baffled by those notes than before!

John, open the Records Window and display the Individuals tab.
Use the Lists > Configure Record Window Columns... command.
In the Configure Columns dialogue scroll down the Items on the left until you see your DNA Event that you want listed.
Select that Item and click the > button to add to the Column list on the right.
You can use the small black up/down buttons below to move it to the desired column position.
Finally click OK.

Yes it's very simple Mike except that in the list I don't have a ' DNA' or even a 'DNA note'?

John, you said you "have a DNA in the Event of Fact types".
What exactly is the name of that DNA Event?
I wonder if it is perhaps Jane's GedMatch Event?
Is that the one you use in the Facts tab of Individuals and want to appear in the Records Window?
If so, then that is the one you need to choose from the Items list.
However, only you know the name of the Event you use to record DNA facts.
In the Configure Columns dialogue, the Column entry may need to use the Edit... button to set the Expression to just INDI.EVEN-GEDMATCH or to display the DNA Note it will need to be INDI.EVEN-GEDMATCH.NOTE2
That is based on the assumption that the Event is GedMatch and will be different if some other Event.

Mike, as far as I know I don't have Jane's gedmatch DNA in my lists. I've got 3 types of DNA in my list as you can see here:

John, now I am getting baffled!
Yesterday, you said that in the list I don't have a 'DNA' entry
Now you clearly have both DNA Markers and DNA Match
Which of those two events do you use in the Facts tab of Individuals to show they have a DNA match?
Please post a screenshot of a Facts tab with an example of the event you want listed in the Records Window.

John, for now just focus on your original request to show DNA Matches in the Records Window.
Open the Records Window and use the Lists > Configure Record Window Columns... command.
That will display the Configure Columns dialogue you posted earlier.
Select the DNA Markers entry under Column heading and click the < button in the middle.
That will remove that Column entry which is not needed as you don't use that DNA Markers event.
Similarly, select the DNA Match Place entry and click the < button in the middle.
That will remove that Column entry which is not needed because you don't use Places on the DNA Match events.
Now select the DNA Match Date entry and click the Edit... button below right.
Change the Heading to say just DNA Match
Change the Expression to say just INDI.EVEN-DNA_MATCH i.e. delete .DATE from the right.
That will just list the event and not its Date because you don't use Dates on those events.
Finally click OK and OK again.
That should list the DNA Match event against each person as appropriate.
If instead, you want the DNA Match event Note text listed in the Records Window then repeat the above process for the Column entry DNA Match and Edit... the Expression to say INDI.EVEN-DNA_MATCH.NOTE2

Thank you Mike that works excellently.
